At Omega Amsterdam, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the protective seals have not been removed.

• 3.
  Ship to Amsterdam

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
